For any issues with using the features of your software, please consult the 'Help' menu of your software or click here to visit the IMSI/Design support page.
Phone support & Email: - Mindscape and Integratech only support V12 and higher versions
Phone & email support for this product is handled through INTEGRATECH P/L. Please feel free to contact Ross Campbell on 0413805858 or send an email to integratech@exemail.com.au. First time support calls or emails are FREE. Any followup calls/emails or calls/emails that require a detailed investigation into an issue may incur a $25 fee. We will try to immediately answer your support calls/emails, but you may have to wait for up to a maximum of 4 hours for a followup on a support issue.

Mindscape provides complimentary installation assistance: Difficulties installing software are normally the result of other applications running that can corrupt the installation process and requires these simple Clean Installation Instructions. If you require additional assistance installing your IMSI/Design product, or require an activation code, phone Mindscape on (02) 9964 0475 or email your serial code and phone number to supportau@mindscape.com.au
